Welcome to the official homepage for the landmark clinical trial treating Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).                           By accessing or using this website and schedule services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. Last updated: September 11, 2026

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.
• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

2. Consultation Services & Products Purchased

• ALL Proceeds from Consultations or Products purchased are put back into the Research & Development efforts across 12 neurological deficiencies.
• We do not accept insurance as payment for our consultative services/appointments. We are considered a concierge physicians group (cash-pay); You may use your state medicaid card as proof of low-income to qualify for co-pay relief (see below).
• All appointments NOT confirmed by The Patriot Institute are considered not booked.
• Please call 617-949-9941 & ask for John if you need to confirm, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
• APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY WILL BE REDUCED SIGNIFICANTLY after September 26, 2026.
• All confirmed appointments will be honored unless you receive an email/text from us asking to reschedule.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are 100% error-free .
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment for any reason, all paid co-pays will be refunded ASAP (1-2 business days)..

3. Orders and Payment

• By scheduling a consultation with on of our Doctors/NP's/PA's/Executive's you agree to provide payment information.
• Payments to our 301(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization can made through our approved payment processors:

• We will accept personal check's via phone picture (front/back signed) texted to: 617.949.9941, or emailed to Marisa@PatriotNeuro.com. Please allow 36 business hours for bank verification before your appointment.
• Co-Pay Help/Relief funded by Jim Barnard Chevrolet (Churchville, NY) https://www.barnardchevy.com/ 
• 90% Co-Pay coverage is available to ALL Military Veterans & their loved ones.,
• 80% Co-Pay coverage is available all disabled, Low-Income Individuals (below $38k/yr).
• Documentation for Co-Pay Relief can be sent via photo (texted or emailed ) showing one or more of the following:
• Military ID/VA Card; MediCaid\MediCAL ID; Drivers License/Passport/State ID card; most recent Paystub
• OR a hardship letter stating that you cannot afford the Co-Pay

4. Shipping and Delivery

• You should receive an email/text Appointment Confirmation within 18hrs of booking. Call Matt @ 424.634.4745 for appointments not confirmed, or to reschedule an existing appointment.

• You will be emailed a tracking number once your shipment is received at our postal partner, Manhattan Postal Center.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, Missed Appointments

• Please cancel within 18 hours of your appointment for a full refund.
• Please reschedule within 12 hours for zero fee. We have to block time that takes away from other patients, we cannot offer full refunds for no-shows with no notice.
• Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is owned or licensed by The Patriot Institute of Neuro-Regeneration.
• By scheduling an appointment you agree to not disclosure details of The Matthew Protocol or any of the Clinical Trial's we have written across 12 Neurological Degenerative Conditions. 
• Simply stated all CTE Clinical Trial information including but not limited to our Patent-Pending 'The Matthew CTE Protocol' will only be shared with the understanding that our methods have been the work of many people over 19 years. Our founder is a former football, hockey player who suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury when he was 4 years old, and another one at the age of 16.  Our Director of Physical Therapy suffered a TBI that eliminated her ability to hear at age 19. Everyone involved in our mission to develop viable treatment solutions for brain trauma stems from decades of personal hardship; most of us suffered daily headaches with peripheral vision loss our entire lives. Our work cannot be duplicated, the 531a FDA unapproved biologic comes from a very small manufacturer that will ONLY provide this treatment to licensed researchers with an active IND-approved FDA Clinical Trial.
• Our patent is based on the CTE Treatment System our founder, Matthew John, PhD, developed while directing our 28-pt case study. 
• All logos and names have been filed for Copyright or Trademark or ServiceMark Protection.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
• Our Consultations are covered by our Liability Insurance.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction based on where our physician is located at time of appointment:

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify our members of all changes to our Terms & Conditions.

Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
