We do not sell, endorse, or sponsor any product, drug, or biologic. We are medical doctors but we aren't your doctor until you sign a form assigning us as your CTE/TBI Neurology Specialist.

As a Non-Profit Organization, we raise funding to cover the entire cost of treatment through scientific and research grants. When our 301(c)(3) tax exempt status is approved by the IRS; we will be able to accept the generous funding we've already secured. These Grants fund the entire treatment cost of the Matthew CTE or TBI Treatment Protocol (including transportation).  All Clinical Trial Patients will receive treatment at zero cost to them. Once we are able to accept grant funds; we will begin randomizing patients for enrollment into this landmark clinical trial.

There is a small consultation fee (similar to an office co-pay) associated with your continued doctor consultation's with The Patriot Institute. THE FIRST CONSULTATION will cost every patient $0.  This co-pay fee is reduced (up to 80%) for those who show proof as a Military Veteran (any country not just USA). All State Medicaid Patients, who show a copy of their Insurance Card, will have all consult fees reduced by 75%. If patient shows total individual income below $38,000/year, they qualify for 80% off consultation fees.

In addition to assessing eligibility for a clinical trial through us; we offer front line education on regenerating brain cells unlike any other Neurology practice we know of. We align patients with ongoing clinical trials, educate on the many holistic methods that have been proven to help reduce chronic pain & inflammation. Patients in Southern California are encouraged to have your consultations in person at our El Segundo headquarters or our Beverly Hills treatment clinic. We are a concierge clinic that does not bill insurance; we encourage those with debilitating brain damage to become members for a money fee (under $200). Membership allows for 5 30-minute consultations per month; access to our extensive video & music library; & 24/7 crisis management.
