For CTE patients the electronic form needs to save automatically to account for the unexpected. When a 300-pound lineman with neurological trauma, or a glioblastoma, stands up unexpectedly we won't have time to save the data being entered.
PRC Forms© were designed from a doctors perspective and a form half filled out is preferred over an empty one.
Our CRO partner will be notified immediately if data was left incomplete, or if the applicable PRC-Form© was not opened by the end of the expected appointment. The Neurology Investigators research doctor will be emailed, and called, by a member of our Clinical Research Organization. They will determine if the appointment was missed or an IT error occurred. If applicable the missing information can be completed.

Achieving Fast Track FDA-is approval is critical for the brain health of millions of people that have lost their mind.
We cannot risk greedy mistakes so we went straight to the top of our expansive Neuro-Onc Network; Cedars-Sinai hires only the best because they are the best Medical Center in the world, period.
To achieve 50% partial responders and 20% full responders would be a home run. We aim to do better than that, or there's a 6th treatment modality that may be added to the system or method. One of our chosen 351 biologics manufacturer's may not ship their product in time. It's clear to us that one of the three does not care for true research that they cannot control. The FDA gave them a Drug Master File, maybe in 2021 they used to care about clinical research. We only want to help find a viable treatment for the worst brain injury imaginable. We are prepared with a back-up manufacturer, STAT, who has given us all PCP information as they await for the FDA to accept their own Drug Master File.
CTE is a devastating, life ruining disease, we have Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, & Plan X all filed for Intellectual Property Protection.
There is no guarantee that Plan A will work, @ PINR℠ we think it will. But "data is data" and we need to show that TMM© proves that complete response and partial response are statistically significant. Then the FDA will determine if more research is required, or if we have achieved approval for the 351 Biologics Manufacturer's that have confidence in their product.

The following is ONLY for ease of expaining to the public (this is merely an illustration not a true scientific explanation):
Think of CTE as Brain Metastasis, brain cancer spread to the Brain from the lungs. Tau Protein transforms and grow into 5-15 masses (like tumors) that are spindle-like clumps. Inflammation throughout the PreFrontal Cortex that continue to grow.
It's also Militry Veterans & female victims of domestic abuse where neuro-inflammation begins to suffocate the PreFrontal-Cortex in stage 2. It's like flying a plane, all communication & controls stop working and nobody is aware of the emergency situation at hand.
Patients with CTE have brains that operate as if they were 17-years old. They know they are high functioning stars who have excelled thoughout life. But Stage II CTE patients can no longer control their emotions, impulses, fears, desires, or regulate their moods.
